Cindy has over 25 years of successful enterprise software business development and sales management experience. She has extensive experience building successful sales and marketing programs and teams for both Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and ERP solution providers.
As the founder of L.E.A. Solutions, Renee established the company in 2010 after identifying a very clear need within companies of all sizes, for Business Development Strategies that are highly flexible, results oriented and cost effective.
Since completing her M.B.A. in 2004, Renee has served in a variety of senior sales and marketing roles, responsible for revenue goals, partner relationships and all facets of business development.
Problem: With over 20 years in business, the reseller was focused on keeping their edge by evolving the practice to stay in line with shifting market conditions.
Solution: Working in partnership with the reseller, the first order of business was to develop and execute on traditional lead generation campaigns, which resulted in net new closed business. In addition, a new completely updated company web-site went live that more accurately reflects the firm today. Currently, the planning stages for a new proprietary software launch are underway.
Problem: The firm fell victim to tough economic conditions and ended up losing focus of the business they really wanted to be in. Revenues took a significant hit and they were forced to downsize.
Solution: An assessment and analysis of core company strengths, differentiators and skill sets was conducted against current industry trends and predicted growth segments. The company re-defined it's major practice areas and overall brand, revived languishing relationships and forged new partnerships. Currently the firm is in the midst of executing on a targeted lead generation campaign and as a result has seen quantifiable growth in the sales pipeline.
